I have been honored to serve the city of New Orleans for the past three and a half years as your at-Large Councilman. In that time, we have made tremendous strides. We have brought to fruition the long awaited Office of the Inspector General; we have paved the way for robust economic growth through the mechanism of public-private partnership; and the Council's contracting process is now open, transparent, and accountable. endorsing Councilman Arnie Fielkow this week. The Councilman will hold a "Campaign Kickoff" December 22, 5 to 7 p.m. in the Loew's Hotel Louisiana Ballroom.
